I believe that hearing and sharing stories and experiences from girls/ women is important for everyone to be more connected and loved. Women showcases writing responses from a diverse group of women and young girls answering the following questions in whatever way felt best.

• How does it feel to be a girl/woman?

• What’s an experience you’ll never forget?

• What do you hope for the future? 

Reflecting on the writings, I created fabric imagery using scraps and hand dyed fabrics, and laid them out to tell a collective story.
